Position Overview:
An Interior Site Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing the execution of interior design and construction projects on-site. This role involves coordinating with designers, contractors, clients, and suppliers to ensure the timely and successful completion of interior projects. The Interior Site Supervisor is responsible for the quality, safety, and efficiency of all site activities, ensuring that the design and construction process follows the agreed plans and specifications.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong understanding of interior design, construction practices, and the ability to manage on-site teams while maintaining a focus on quality, timelines, and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Management and Coordination:

Supervise and manage the daily activities on the interior design construction site, ensuring the work is completed according to project specifications and design drawings.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

Monitor the installation of materials, finishes, and furniture, ensuring they meet quality standards and client expectations.

Ensure that all work is done in compliance with safety standards and legal regulations.
2. Quality Control and Inspection:

Regularly inspect the site for the quality of materials and workmanship.

Ensure that all interior design elements such as flooring, wall finishes, furniture, and lighting are installed to the highest standards.

Address any issues or defects as they arise and ensure they are resolved before the final handover.

Ensure all interior works comply with the design brief and client's specifications.
3. Project Execution and Timeline Management:

Ensure that the project is progressing as per the agreed schedule and milestones.

4. Team Supervision and Resource Management:

Supervise on-site workers, including carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other skilled labor.

5. Client Interaction and Communication:
