Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and develop interior design ideas, layouts, and detailed drawings for high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
Prepare design presentations, mood boards, and 3D views to communicate design intent.
Develop working drawings and detail sets using AutoCAD.
Work on 3D modeling and visualization using SketchUp and Lumion (or similar tools).
Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and site teams for material finalization and on-site execution.
Research and curate finishes, furniture, and lighting suitable to the project’s theme.
Ensure the design vision is maintained from concept through completion.
