Intern-Assistant Relationship Manager Job in PNB Metlife India Insurance Company at Shimla-Others, Shimla, Solan

Context & Role:

Under Train-Hire-Deploy model, PNB MetLife hires Freshers as Interns for 6 month and basis the performance during Internships, a full-time job at the position of Assistant Relationship Manager at PNB Bancassurance channel is offered. During Internship, employees are taken through intensive training both online and on the job. A stipend of Rs. 10,000/- is paid to Interns during internship and post absorption as Assistant Relationship Manager, a fixed salary between 2,20,000 – 2,40,000 lakhs + Incentives + mobile and local reimbursements are offered.

The role is open for Female Candidates only.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attending all the training programs conducted during 6 month period
• Regular visits to the assigned Branches
• Dealing with Life Insurance Product – queries & prospect generation
• Interaction with branch walk-in customers for need identification
• Renewal Premium collection
• Handling ongoing queries
• Adhering to the compliance and company policies

Required Qualification:

• Candidate should be minimum graduate
