About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and proactive HR Business Partner Intern to join our team and support the HR department in aligning human resources practices with business goals. As an intern, you will gain exposure to various aspects of HR business partnering, employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement within a dynamic, growing organization.
This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are looking to build a strong foundation in human resources and gain hands-on experience while learning from experienced HR professionals.
- Coordinating with the Central HR Ops team and the respective regional stakeholders for all HR activities.
- Assisting in ensuing statutory compliance.
- Coordinating for all labour issues, factory S&D licences
- Coordinating for timely payroll input.
