Job Description
- Coordinating with the Central HR Ops team and the respective regional stakeholders for all HR activities.
- Assisting in ensuing statutory compliance.
- Coordinating for all labour issues, factory S&D licences
- Coordinating for timely payroll input.
Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:
-
Assist in posting job advertisements on job portals, company websites, and social media platforms.

Screen resumes and applications, and coordinate initial candidate shortlisting.

Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates and interview panels.
-
Support in maintaining applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
-
Communicate with candidates regarding interview feedback and follow-ups.

Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:
-
Help in preparing onboarding kits, offer letters, and documentation for new hires.

Conduct orientation sessions for new employees in coordination with the HR team.
-
Collect and verify joining documents, maintain employee files, and update HR records.

Assist in the exit process including collecting resignation letters, conducting exit interviews, and processing clearance forms.

HR Operations:

Update and maintain employee data in HRIS or internal databases.
-
Support in attendance tracking and leave management.
-
Help with the preparation of HR-related letters, such as confirmation letters, experience letters, and ID cards.

Organize and update employee records both in digital and physical formats.

Employee Engagement:

Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.

Collect feedback from employees on engagement programs and suggest improvements.

Help in creating newsletters, birthday/anniversary wishes, and internal communication content.

Training and Development:

Help organize training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs.

Track attendance, collect feedback, and prepare reports post-training.

Maintain training calendars and documentation.

Policy and Compliance Support:

Assist in the communication of company policies and procedures.

Help ensure compliance with HR practices, labor laws, and internal guidelines.

Support the documentation and auditing of HR processes.

HR Projects and Research:

Conduct research on HR trends, best practices, and benchmarking activities.

Assist in developing reports and presentations for internal use.

Contribute to HR process improvement and automation initiatives.
