Job Description
- Monitor the outbound calendar and coordinate with various internal stakeholders
- Research the events attendee list and find relevant contacts from online resources
- Scan social media networks and find prospects to engage with online/during the event
- Research on relevant events, floor plans, pricing options, marketing/branding options
- Create database for events from exhibitor / attendee list directory
- Verify the database created through email verification sites/tools
- Look at ways for maximizing outbound outreach and prospect meetings
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel And Powerpoint presentation
