Location: Institute of Actuaries of India, Seawoods, Navi Mumbai
The Institute of Actuaries of India (IAI) is inviting applications from fresh B.Com graduates (2025 pass-outs) who are keen to build their career in administration, communication, and member support services.
This internship will provide practical exposure to member management, query resolution, data handling, and reporting. It is an excellent opportunity for commerce graduates to gain professional experience in a reputed statutory body, while developing essential skills in communication, coordination, and office management.
Key Responsibilities-
Assist members with renewals, payments, and profile updates through phone calls and emails.

Manage member queries via service tickets and emails, ensuring timely responses.

Support in data entry, verification, and record maintenance in the Member Tracking System (MTS).

Help in membership renewal follow-ups and documentation.

Prepare basic MIS reports on calls, renewals, and member interactions.

Provide administrative support such as printing, filing, and dispatching documents.

Coordinate with Accounts, IT, and Education teams to resolve member-related issues.

Assist in updating FAQs, SOPs, and communication material for members.

Education:
-
B.Com Graduate – 2025 pass-out (other commerce/management streams may also apply).

Technical Skills:

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Comfortable working with online forms, databases, and Google Sheets.

Communication Skills:

Good spoken and written communication in English and Hindi.

Confident in handling phone calls and emails professionally.
