Principal Duties And Responsibilities: 

• Deliver building material projects
  
• Support in developing point of views/key trends in building material industry
  
• Procure exclusive rates and inventory deals for Homergize consumers
  
• Contract and onboard new accounts in the allocated territory and manage the same
  
• Negotiate with properties for promotions and better margins to increase business
  
• Understand different categories in depth and how customers hire
  
• Identify and onboard great service professionals across categories
  
• Evaluate and verify existing profiles and devise innovative ways to enhance the quality of the providers
  
• Interact with providers regularly to ensure active engagement on the platforms & resolve queries from providers on a case by case basis
  
• Provide amazing support that establishes the trust for clients and vendor partners
  
• Help our new partners get on the portal for the first time, build engagement with the platform over time, and provide a home base for the vendor community
  
• Maintain partners' trust in Homergize platform as the skilled expert, troubleshooting and resolving issues
  
• Use problem-solving and people skills to assure our partners of swift resolutions to their problems
  
• Educate team members about various products and processes while independently keeping own know-how up to date
  
• Ensure only the right set of vendors are onboarded
  
• Ensure a great customer service, expert advice and active support to minimize customer escalations
