Job Description
- Setting daily/weekly/monthly objectives in respective sections.
- Organizing workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
- Overseeing in coaching floor workers
- Ensuring the safe use of equipment and scheduling regular maintenance.
- Checking production output according to specifications.
- Submitting reports on performance and progress.
- Identifying issues in efficiency and suggesting improvements.
- Training new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.
- Enforcing strict safety guidelines and company standards.
- Maintaining daily production report and stock report at the end of shift.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in Daily Production Operations

Support the production team with the execution of daily manufacturing schedules.

Monitor the processing, packaging, and storage of food products to ensure adherence to company specifications and hygiene standards.

Help coordinate raw material availability, batch preparation, and machine readiness for production.
2. Maintain Hygiene and Safety Standards
-
Observe and enforce food safety and sanitation protocols as per HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards.

Ensure personal hygiene and protective equipment use is maintained while on the production floor.

Participate in routine inspections and cleanliness checks.
3. Monitor Quality and Process Control

Collect and document data related to product weight, temperature, pH, and other quality control parameters.

Report any deviations or abnormalities in production processes to the supervisor.

Work with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
4. Support Inventory and Material Handling

Assist in tracking raw material usage and finished goods inventory.

Participate in receiving, storing, and issuing materials for production use.

Help with record-keeping and proper documentation of stock levels and batch production logs.
5. Participate in Process Improvement Projects

Observe and document workflow and identify opportunities for efficiency improvement.

Contribute ideas to reduce production waste or increase throughput.

Collaborate with the production engineering or continuous improvement team.
6. Shadow Experienced Staff

Work closely with machine operators, line supervisors, and production engineers to understand the end-to-end production cycle.

Gain familiarity with automated and semi-automated food processing equipment.
