Job Description
- Learning and assisting in maintaining all reports for Delivery Operations for the assigned locations.
- Creating Rider wise/Hub Wise - Reports at various intervals during the day.
- Learning and Assisting in Daily performance analysis.
- Learning and assisting in regular interactions with Hub In-charges for monitoring delivery TAT.
- Co-ordinating regularly with the Delivery team and reporting to the management any issues faced by the team for quick resolutions to ensure smooth delivery operations.

Basic understanding of delivery operations, logistics, and supply chain concepts.
Technical Competencies

Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts) and Google Sheets.

Familiarity with reporting tools or business intelligence software (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

Knowledge of data entry, data validation, and MIS generation processes.

Ability to create dashboards and visual representations of operational data.
