2. Sales Support & Coordination

Assist the sales team in pitching products and services to potential clients.

Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.

3. Customer Relationship Management

Maintain client databases and contact records.

Build rapport with new and existing customers.

Provide after-sales support under the supervision of the sales manager.
4. Marketing & Promotions

Participate in promotional events, campaigns, and product demonstrations.

Collaborate with the marketing team to generate brand awareness.

Assist in digital marketing initiatives, including social media promotions.
5. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain daily and weekly reports of leads generated and sales achieved.

Share updates with the supervisor on market trends and customer feedback.

Provide insights to improve sales strategies and promotional activities.
