Job Description : L1 and L2 Application and System Support
Candidate should be able to understand, triage and resolve the incidents reported from the production environment. In case of defects/enhancements, the candidate should be able to identify the correct L3 team and co-ordinate with them to get the final resolution. In this process, candidate should effectively communicate to various stakeholders on the progress made on the resolution of the incident.
Technical Skills Required: Linux and Solaris System administration. Knowledge on telecom/speech products like IVR, telecom domain knowledge Kafka, Hadoop administration, debugging Hadoop performance-related issues. Knowledge of MySQL, Cassandra Knowledge on scripting (shell, Perl, python)
Soft Skills: Good communication skill, Customer orientation skills, should be flexible working in shifts (including night shift), good team player.

Experience: Fresh Graduates with B.E/B.Tech/MCA and 65% in academics
