Role of a Telecaller

A Telecaller is responsible for communicating with existing or potential customers/Vendors over the phone/Email to generate leads, provide information, promote products/services, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Making outbound calls to prospective customers and receiving inbound calls

  • Explaining company products or services clearly and professionally

  • Negotiating the price

  • Maintaining accurate records of calls, responses, and customer details

  • Handling customer queries and resolving basic concerns politely

  • Following call scripts and company communication guidelines

Required Skills

  • Good communication skills (Hindi/English as required)

  • Persuasive and confident speaking ability

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel)

  • Professional attitude and positive approach
