Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with our internal retail partners, including brokers, agents, and other distribution channels.
Sales Support: Provide sales support and training to internal retail partners to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
Business Development: Work closely with the retail partners to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our customer base.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate the performance of retail partners, providing feedback and guidance to help them achieve their targets and goals.
Customer Engagement: Ensure that retail partners deliver excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner.
Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities comply with regulatory and company guidelines and policies.
Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and market trends to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations is a plus.
- Proficient in using MS Office and other relevant software.
