Dear Candidate,
We are hiring PUC (12th)/ Diploma/ undergraduates/ graduates, fresher and
experienced candidates for International & Domestic voice process
Shifts:
- Candidates should be comfortable working 5 days with Rotational shifts and 2 split Offs
- Transport: two-way cab facility.
- Customer Care Executive , Customer Support Executive
- Minimum qualification : Candidate should have completed 12th / 2nd PUC or 3 years of diploma from a recognized university.
- BE / B.Tech and Graduates from any stream are eligible to apply.
- Freshers & experienced candidates with prior relevant (BPO) experience are eligible to apply.
- Salary Range (Voice process): 15000 – 25000 take home salary (Based on Educational qualification & Prior work experience)
- Entering data using applications including automated policy issuance, spreadsheet, and word processing to enable policy and endorsement issuance.
- Manage and maintain records including correspondence and data files.
- Thoroughly review incoming requests and policy issuance information for completeness.
- Take ownership for work-in-progress issues as an individual and team member by continuously looking for ways to improve/streamline work and procedures which increase the efficiency of the team.
