Job Description

Urgent hiring for international bpo telesales executive 
Only for female 
No charges, it is free 
Qualification;- 12th pass  
Fresher or Experienced 
Should be open for night shift only 
Salary;- 15k +incentive

Requirements:- 
1. Fluent in English   
2. Should have computer knowledge
3. Comfortable working in night shift 
4. Should have excellent communication skills (verbal and written ) 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Handle customer's outbound calls. 
  • Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
  • Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Minimum Requirement:

  • Good Communication Skills
  • Good Problem-solving skills over the call
  • High energy level

 

Job Timing- 8:00pm to 5:00 am (Monday to Friday)
