Job Description
Position Overview:
The International BPO Voice Process Executive is responsible for handling voice-based customer interactions for clients based in international markets such as the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and other English-speaking countries. This role involves delivering exceptional service, managing customer expectations, and resolving issues efficiently and professionally. Voice process executives are the first point of contact for customers and represent the brand and values of the client they are supporting.
This is a dynamic role that demands strong communication skills, patience, empathy, and a service-oriented mindset. The candidate will interact with customers via telephone calls and is expected to understand customer requirements, provide relevant solutions, or escalate issues as needed while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers.

Respond to queries related to products, services, billing, technical issues, order processing, etc.

Provide clear and concise information to customers while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Problem Solving and Resolution:

Listen actively to customer concerns and identify the root cause of the issue.

Troubleshoot issues using company protocols and provide timely resolutions.

Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments as per escalation procedures.

Sales and Upselling (if applicable):

Promote products or services as per campaign requirements.

Convert inquiries into sales where applicable.

Meet or exceed assigned targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Data Entry and Call Documentation:

Accurately record customer details, issues, and actions taken into the system.

Maintain confidentiality and handle data with care, complying with data protection regulations.

Adherence to Protocols:

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines.

Maintain compliance with company policies, including call handling time, quality parameters, and attendance.
