Job Summary
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for our International Voice Process team. You will be the first point of contact for international customers and will be responsible for handling inbound or outbound calls, resolving queries, providing support, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
This role requires excellent communication skills in English, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts as per global time zones. You will be working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with opportunities for career advancement and performance-based rewards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction (Voice-Based)

Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers, depending on the process (US/UK/Australia/Canada).

Resolve customer queries, issues, or complaints effectively and efficiently within the defined turnaround time.

Maintain a positive, professional tone during all conversations and represent the company in a courteous manner.

Guide customers on product/service usage, troubleshooting, billing, renewals, or general inquiries.

Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure complete resolution.
2. Call Quality and Process Adherence

Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs), call scripts, and quality guidelines set by the company or client.

Ensure a high level of first-call resolution (FCR) and minimal escalations.

Meet or exceed defined KPIs such as call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and quality audits.
3. Data Entry and Call Logging

Document each customer interaction accurately in the CRM or ticketing system.

Maintain call records and update customer profiles with relevant notes and outcomes.

Tag calls appropriately for quality review and internal analysis.
4. Escalation Handling

Identify and escalate complex issues to senior agents, team leaders, or support departments as required.

Ensure proper follow-up and communication regarding escalated cases.
5. Team Collaboration and Communication

Participate in daily team briefings, knowledge-sharing sessions, and process updates.

Provide feedback from customer interactions to help improve service delivery.

Maintain a cooperative and professional relationship with team members, team leads, and support staff.
Skills Required:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a neutral or American/British accent.
Active listening and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems, email, and typing.
Ability to handle stress, manage time effectively, and multitask under pressure.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to work in night shifts/rotational shifts as per global client requirements.
A positive attitude toward learning and handling difficult situations calmly.
Professional behavior, punctuality, and reliability are expected.
Good telephone etiquette and confidence in handling international clients.
Preferred Attributes

Previous experience in customer service, technical support, collections, or sales process (voice-based).

Experience handling clients from the US, UK, Australia, or Canada.
