International BPO Voice Process

Job Description:-

Lead Qualifier is responsible for processing and assigning lead opportunitiesUnderstand prospective clients' needs and giving an overview of how we can help them

Qualifying Leads and passing them to Proper BDM'sFocuses on making a high volume of calls to prospects.

Receives calls and manages web requests.

Tracks and reports out on a weekly and monthly basis for both phone and web lead to ensure all leads have been followed up on appropriately.

Key Skills Required:-

Previous experience in a call center or a related sales position is preferred.

English, Hindi, and Tamil are MandatoryStrong verbal and written communication skills.

Build and maintain relationships

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

Excellent phone and cold calling skills.

Exceptional customer service skills.

Strong listening and sales skills.

Ability to achieve targets.
