Pitch products or services to potential customers during outbound calls.

Highlight key benefits and features to encourage purchase decisions.

Cross-sell or upsell additional services based on customer needs.

Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

Documentation and Reporting

Record details of customer interactions, queries, complaints, and feedback in CRM systems.

Maintain accurate call logs and update records for future reference.

Prepare basic reports on call outcomes, customer feedback, and performance metrics.

Quality and Compliance

Follow company policies, call scripts, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy laws such as GDPR (for European clients) or HIPAA (for healthcare processes in the US).

Adhere to quality benchmarks and customer service standards.
