Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Support & Assistance
-
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for queries, complaints, and information requests.
-
Understand customer needs and provide accurate solutions or guidance.
-
Maintain a polite, professional, and empathetic tone while handling international customers.
-
Document customer issues and ensure proper follow-up until resolution.
2. Technical Support
-
Assist customers in troubleshooting technical problems related to products or services.
-
Guide users step-by-step to resolve issues efficiently.
-
Coordinate with the technical support team for complex problems.
3. Sales & Upselling (For Outbound Processes)
-
Make outbound calls to prospective international customers.
-
Pitch products, services, or solutions effectively in English.
-
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as per company guidelines.
-
Upsell or cross-sell additional products and services wherever possible.
4. Quality & Process Adherence
-
Follow company scripts, procedures, and international BPO standards.
-
Ensure compliance with data security, privacy policies, and client requirements.
-
Maintain quality scores by adhering to call guidelines and performance metrics.
5. Coordination & Reporting
-
Collaborate with team leaders, supervisors, and other departments for smooth operations.
-
Update customer records accurately in the database or CRM system.
-
Provide feedback to managers on recurring customer concerns and process improvements.
