Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Handle inbound or outbound calls from customers and address their queries, complaints, or requests in a professional and efficient manner.

Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing inquiries, troubleshooting, and any other customer concerns.

Resolve customer complaints by identifying the problem, offering solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Offer guidance and advice to customers on the use of products or services.

Issue Resolution:

Actively listen to customer issues and respond with empathy and understanding.

Diagnose and resolve product or service issues and provide timely solutions.
-
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or management as needed, ensuring prompt follow-up.

Sales Support (if applicable):

Upsell or cross-sell products or services as per company guidelines to customers when applicable.

Meet or exceed sales targets, if part of the role involves sales.
-
Promote special offers, products, and services to enhance customer experience and increase sales.

Documentation and Data Entry:

Accurately document customer interactions, including issues, solutions provided, and follow-up actions, in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

Maintain and update customer records as necessary.

Adherence to SLAs (Service Level Agreements):

Ensure that calls are answered promptly and within the required time frame.

Meet key performance metrics such as average call handling time (AHT), first call resolution (FCR), customer satisfaction scores (CSAT), etc.

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards during customer interactions.

Maintain a Positive Customer Experience:

Strive to exceed customer expectations by providing exceptional service and fostering a positive experience with every interaction.

Handle difficult or irate customers with patience and professionalism.

Follow-Up and Customer Retention:

Conduct follow-up calls to ensure that issues were resolved and the customer is satisfied with the solution provided.

Engage with customers to build and maintain long-term relationships, encouraging loyalty to the brand.
