Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic candidates to join our US Airlines Sales team as part of our International BPO Voice Process. The role involves assisting US customers with their flight bookings, handling queries, providing information on schedules and fares, and converting inquiries into confirmed reservations. This is an inbound telesales position, ideal for candidates with excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to work in a US time zone shift.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction & Sales

Handle incoming calls from US customers regarding flight bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and general queries.

Provide accurate information on flight schedules, fares, and travel policies.

Assist customers in completing ticket bookings, modifications, and payments.

Achieve daily or weekly sales targets and maintain high conversion rates.
2. Customer Service & Query Resolution

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints.

Resolve issues related to ticketing, payment, and travel documentation.

Ensure a positive customer experience by providing accurate and helpful assistance.
3. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain records of customer interactions, bookings, and sales conversions.

Generate and submit daily or weekly reports on performance and targets achieved.

Follow company policies and standard operating procedures for all transactions.
4. Compliance & Process Adherence

Adhere to international call handling protocols and airline regulations.

Ensure data privacy and security while handling customer information.

Participate in training and process updates to stay informed about airline products and promotions.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills

Comfortable using ticketing software, CRM tools, and call center systems.

Basic computer skills including MS Office, internet navigation, and email communication.

Familiarity with airline booking processes is a plus.
Soft Skills

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) with an American accent preferred.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to convert inquiries into sales.
