Key Responsibilities
1. Student Counselling & Mentoring

Conduct outbound and inbound voice interactions with students from various backgrounds.

Understand students’ strengths, weaknesses, and interests to provide tailored guidance.

Offer career, academic, and personal development advice based on the student’s profile.

Motivate and inspire students to explore their full potential and skill sets.
2. Communication & Relationship Building
-
Build rapport with students to create a comfortable environment for discussion.

Use active listening techniques to understand concerns and provide relevant solutions.

Communicate effectively in English, Gujarati, and Hindi based on the student’s preference.
3. Process Adherence & Documentation
-
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Ensure all communication is in line with company policies and compliance standards.

Adhere to scripts and guidelines while personalizing the conversation to individual needs.
4. Career Guidance & Information Sharing
-
Share information on skill development programs, courses, or opportunities available to students.

Recommend activities, workshops, or certifications that match students’ goals.

Keep updated with the latest trends in education, training, and personal development.
5. Performance & Quality Management
-
Meet individual and team targets for student engagement, satisfaction scores, and call quality.

Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Provide feedback to the team leader regarding common student queries or challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Minimum Graduation (Any stream) – Freshers and experienced candidates welcome.

Languages: Fluency in English, Gujarati, and Hindi (spoken) is mandatory.

Age Limit: Up to 30 years.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build trust, connect with students, and guide them effectively.

Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM and call handling software.

Adaptability: Comfort in handling students from different educational and cultural backgrounds.
