Job Description
International Business Development Executive
Oversee many aspects of a campaign throughout the entire lifespan of a product.
Will be responsible for executing effective strategies, assisting with new territory based business development, developing new business through our lead to conversion programs.
The successful candidate will play an integral role in building company’s new customer base and creating effective strategies that will promote the long-term growth of our firm.
Required Skills:
- Effectively communicating with the prospects
- Devising and processing the strategies
- Effectively churning the lead
- Optimizing the reach of companies products
- Coordinating internal marketing and an organisation’s culture
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Development & implementation and of corporate sales strategies geared to industrial users (B2B) in the field of Fragrances & Flavours, in order to increase existing sales and ultimately capturing fresh business opportunities.
- Maintaining and growing the ongoing business as well as developing preferential relationships with key customers and creating new key accounts.
- Understanding customers sampling requirement.
- Monitors delivery schedules for samples, product shipments.
- Accurate and timely reporting
- Identify and develop opportunities in accordance with the company's sales/marketing strategy
- Following up on submitted samples and R&D supported activities/projects
- Attending International Exhibitions.
- Analyse the Flavour /Fragrance market in the designated area.
- Performs comprehensive presentations of products in the selected market.
