About the internship
As an International Business Development intern at Progress Software Corporation, your role will be dynamic, challenging, and rewarding. We are looking for someone with strong English proficiency in both spoken and written communication to help drive our global expansion efforts.
Work Time: 6:30 pm -3:30 am IST
Cab: Yes, Pick up and drop
Work Location - Bengaluru (Work from Office)
Interview: In person( Bengaluru office)
Key responsibilities:
1. Respond to product inquiries generated via chat, website, webinars, and events.
Acknowledge, follow up, and qualify inbound leads for progress products like WhatsupGold, Loadmaster, Chef
2. Research leads and penetrate accounts for details like IT budget, product used, news, LinkedIn mapping
3. Follow cadence on every lead and through email, call, and LinkedIn touch
4. Nurture new marketing/inbound leads by educating and developing prospects until they are ready to speak with AMs team
5. Generate qualified opportunities via BANT
6. Schedule Product demonstrations/Discovery calls between Account Managers and potential customers
