Job Title: International Call Center Executive
Location: Surat, Gujarat (Work from Office)
We are looking for energetic and confident individuals to join our team as International Call Center Executive. If you enjoy talking to people, helping customers, and working in a team, this role is perfect for you.
Job Role
- Make and receive calls (both B2B and B2C).
- Generate leads and fix appointments.
- Do simple surveys and verification calls.
- Assist customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Work with the team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Who Can Apply
- 1+ Year experience Candidate can apply
- Must have good English communication skills (spoken & written).
- Age below 40 years.
- Comfortable with night shifts.
- Ready to work from office in Surat.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹70,000 per month + performance incentives.
- Work Days: Monday to Friday (Sat-Sun off).
