Shifts: Depends on the process (the US, UK, Night Shifts)
Salary starts from 18 k to 35 k + incentives
Job Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries and customers' concerns.
Provide support for data collection to enable Recovery of the account for end-user.
Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policies
Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs
Provide excellent customer service to our customers.
Location: Surat
Salary: ₹18,000 to - ₹35,000.00 /month
Working Days- Monday to Friday (Sunday -Saturday off)
