Salary Range : 12,000-16,000 (Based on Prior Work Experience)
Location: Bangalore (Marathahalli)
Cab Facility : Pick and Drop
Shifts: Rotational Shifts and 5 days Working

Responsibilities and Duties : Associate and Senior Associate

• Manage Large amount of Online Chats
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Analyzing customer needs and recommending products based on those needs.
• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution keep records of customer
• interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers

Required skills:

• Good typing Speed.
• Good Communication Skill.
• Basic Computer Skills
• Discipline, Positive Attitude & Punctuality

Required Experience and Qualifications

Minimum qualification : Candidate should have completed 12th / 2nd PUC or 3 years of diploma from a recognized university.
BE /B.Tech and Graduates from any stream who has 75 % and Below are eligible to apply
Other Graduate Students can apply.
Diploma and PUC Students who has good communication skills can apply.

Freshers & candidates with prior relevant (BPO) and non-relevant (other domain) experience are eligible to apply.
Note: Post Graduates are not eligible for this role.
