Hiring For International Customer Service Executive (Night Shift) in Surat
Job Description:
Resolving customer queries that maintains a high standard of customer service. Handling Inbound & Outbound calls Making follow-up calls.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- We want a candidate who has a good command in English.
- Basic knowledge of Excel.
- Result Oriented
- Must be comfortable for Calling.
- Handling inquiries coordinating / following up accordingly.
- Good knowledge of MS-office & basic internet.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead in Handling Telephonic Inquiries
Location: Surat
Salary: ₹ 13,000 to - ₹ 35,000.00 / month
Working Days- Monday to Friday (Sunday -Saturday off)
