• Job Title: Customer care Agent
• Job Location: Tech Mahindra Pune
• Duration: Permanent role Direct
• Education: Graduate (Any Stream) fresher's can also apply for the job.
• Experienced: Under Graduates (+2/12th)with minimum 6 months in international Customer Support. 
• Shift Timings: 24*7 (Rotational shifts with Rotational Week-offs).
• Immediate Joining or within 7 – 15 days of Notice.

Key Skills Required:

• ·         Strong soft skills and need to have a good command over English as a language
• ·         Commitment to excellent customer service 
• ·         Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• ·         Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
• ·         Strong attention to detail, numerical ability and Problem Solving Skills

Key Skills:

• ·         Minimum 3 – 6 months experience in International BPO preferred or Fresher’s with min 15yrs of education are also eligible to apply for this posting.
• ·         Excellent verbal communication Skill with Proficiency in English language.
• ·         Knowing our products inside and out to effectively answer questions.
