UK Shift – Last Logout: 1:30 AM
Working Days: 5 Days Working,
Salary: Up to ₹6.5 LPA Incentives up to ₹8,000
Qualification: Undergraduates / Graduates Fresher to Minimum 6 months experience in International Voice Process (BPO)
Key Skills Required:
Excellent English Communication Skills (Verbal and Written)
Customer Handling & Query Resolution
Active Listening & Problem Solving
Ability to Work in Rotational Shifts
Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers professionally
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and provide accurate information
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
Meet process-specific targets related to quality and productivity
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and first-call resolution
Adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines
