ELIGIBILITY CRETERIA:-
*UG -Graduate Fresher - Experienced
*Loc : Bellendur (Bangalore) *US Shift 5 Days working - 2 Rotational off *WORK FROM OFFICE - Cabs Provided *Package- Freshers-2 LPA Experienced-upto 3.5LPA+Incentives & Night Shift Allowances
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction
-
Answer incoming calls from international customers promptly and professionally.

Make outbound calls when required for follow-ups, service reminders, or sales campaigns.
-
Understand and address customer needs effectively during the first interaction.
-
Maintain a friendly, polite, and service-oriented tone throughout the call.
2. Query Resolution
-
Provide accurate and appropriate information related to products, services, orders, or technical issues.
-
Guide customers through troubleshooting steps or service processes as per guidelines.
-
Escalate complex issues to higher support levels or supervisors when necessary.
3. Service Quality & Compliance
-
Adhere to call scripts, quality parameters, and compliance guidelines set by the company or client.

Ensure calls are handled within defined service-level agreements (SLAs).
-
Maintain confidentiality of customer information and data security standards.
4. Documentation & Reporting
-
Record call details, customer feedback, and resolution steps accurately in the CRM system.

Tag calls with the correct status for follow-up and reporting purposes.

Submit daily/weekly performance and productivity reports when required.
5. Performance Targets
-
Meet or exceed targets for call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores (CSAT).

Achieve sales or upsell targets (if applicable to the process).
6. Continuous Improvement
-
Participate in training programs to improve product knowledge, communication skills, and process efficiency.

Provide feedback to the team leader about recurring issues or potential service improvements.
