Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Verification and Validation:

Make outbound calls and send emails to verify contact details or update information directly with global stakeholders.
2. International Outreach and Communication:

Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, or business contacts in different countries to confirm or collect accurate information.

Handle language barriers and cultural nuances appropriately, using translation tools or coordinating with native speakers when necessary.

Follow up with respondents and maintain clear records of communication history.
3. Database Management and Updating:

Enter verified information into internal CRM systems, spreadsheets, or data platforms.

Maintain detailed logs of verification activities and report inconsistencies or patterns to data analysts or supervisors.

Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (such as GDPR, CCPA, etc.) while handling personal or business information.
4. Online and Market Research:

Conduct in-depth online research using LinkedIn, company websites, news portals, government registries, and data sources to gather or cross-check information.

Monitor industry databases, regulatory sites, and market updates to maintain fresh and relevant data.
5. Reporting and Documentation:

Generate weekly or monthly reports on verification progress, accuracy rates, and project outcomes.

6. Coordination and Collaboration:
