We are hiring for International non-voice process with a product based
MNC,Gachidowli,Hyberabad,CTC-1.9 to 2.2 LPA+ Nightshift Allowances.
Education- BSc, B.com, BA only 2017-2020 passed out (Candidates must have all the original documents in hand for verification purpose)
Role clarity/Competencies:-• Video Reviewing process & ability to analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems.• Good communication skills (written and verbal).• Ensure that appropriate steps were taken to resolve customer’s problems and providing feedback accordingly.• Conduct quality monitoring quality parameters.• Confidence in handling team and quick learner.• Must be a Localite in city for at least 1 year.
Other Benefits:• Nightshift Allowances & Night shift transport (one way) for only women.• Free meals & weekly health checkup camps.
