Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Sales & Lead Generation
-
Make outbound calls to Australian prospects, businesses, and clients to promote company products or services.

Identify sales opportunities and generate qualified leads through cold calling, referrals, and follow-ups.

Work with sales managers to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in Australia.
2. Customer Consultation & Relationship Building

Understand customer requirements, preferences, and pain points through effective questioning.

Provide tailored solutions that meet client needs while showcasing product/service benefits.

Build long-term business relationships to ensure repeat sales and customer loyalty.
3. Market Research & Strategy

Stay updated with Australian market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.

Provide feedback to the management team regarding market insights, customer needs, and potential growth opportunities.

Contribute to strategic sales campaigns targeted towards Australian audiences.
4. Communication & Negotiation

Deliver compelling product presentations and proposals via calls, emails, or video conferencing.

Handle customer objections confidently and close deals effectively.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements while adhering to company policies.
5. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in CRM systems.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on outbound activities and sales performance.

Ensure timely follow-ups and proper documentation of all client communications.
6. Collaboration & Coordination

Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and customer support to ensure smooth service delivery.

Work closely with Australian clients to understand cultural preferences and business expectations.

Provide input to improve outbound processes and enhance customer engagement strategies.
7. Compliance & Professionalism

Follow company guidelines and international business etiquette in all interactions.
