- Fresher’s with good Communication skills are mostly welcome, training will be provided on travel domain,flights boards, aviation, arrivals & departures
- For, International sales Executives (Inside Sales)/Jr & Sr Sales Executives/ Travel consultants / Customer Service / SME / Quality Analyst / Data Analyst / Ticketing Executives / Agents to work for our International global clients with excellent Sales Experience, communication in English (Verbal and Written), learnable and hardworking team members with US or UK experience in any BPO. Minimum 1 year experience of handling the international calls will be the added advantage.
- To Maintain and promote professional and courteous client relations by managing a prompt and accurate response to inquiries.
- US/Night shift (Roaster Monthly)
- Very good earning potential for Sales Professionals. Incentives are higher than salary.
- Selling International Tour Packages/ International Outbound sales (travel)
- Understanding Client's Package Requirements.
- Preparation Of Itinerary As Per Client Requirements
- Presenting, Convincing & Selling tour Package to Clients.
- Handing Tour Operations & to ensure good feedback of Guest
- Should have Diverse Knowledge Of International Destinations
- Preparation of travel related documents Like ticket, vouchers etc
- Taking Caring Sales of B2C
- To Book Flight tickets and Holidays for global customers.
- Providing end to end services on Flight booking and ancillary services
- Keep up the priority level of customer’s view/attention through the various tools
- Should have good communication skills, good analytical skills, good logic sense & ability of convincing nature
- To work for nights shifts US/UK (5pm to 7am IST depending on shift timings). Central location in Hyderabad
- Candidates will be trained into Outbound International sales on travel packages/Customer Service/Air-ticketing/Data Analyzing to process the Data, To Make out meaning full information from large data on product
