Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic International Sales Executive to expand our global market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying international business opportunities, building relationships with overseas clients, and driving sales growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, knowledge of global trade, and a strong ability to negotiate with international customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify and approach potential international clients, distributors, and importers.
- Generate leads through cold calling, emails, online platforms, and international trade shows.
- Build strong relationships with global customers and business partners.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet monthly and yearly sales targets.
2. Market Research & Strategy
- Research international markets, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand brand reach globally.
- Identify potential export opportunities and business expansion strategies.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Provide product information, pricing details, and support with order processing.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
4. Export & Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate with the logistics, production, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and shipping.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation, and payment terms.
- Work with freight forwarders and customs agents to facilitate international shipments.
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and client interactions.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business performance analytics.
- Provide insights to improve global sales strategies.
