Revvknew Media, a leading digital solutions provider, is seeking an experienced and strategic International Sales Manager to drive revenue growth in the US and UK markets. In this full-time, in-person role based in Kharadi, Pune, you’ll develop global sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. International Market Development

  • Identify and analyze new markets for expansion across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, or the Americas based on company strategy.

  • Conduct detailed market research, competitor benchmarking, pricing analysis, and feasibility studies.

  • Develop go-to-market strategies and execution plans for entry into new territories.

2. Business Development

  • Generate and nurture leads in international regions through cold outreach, industry events, online marketing, or existing partnerships.

  • Create proposals, deliver product presentations, and negotiate contracts with international buyers, agents, distributors, or corporate clients.

  • Convert prospects into long-term customers and build a strong sales pipeline.

3. Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing overseas clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

  • Understand client needs, resolve issues proactively, and offer tailored solutions or products.

  • Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities to maximize account value.

4. Sales Strategy & Forecasting

  • Set and achieve quarterly and annual international sales targets in line with business goals.

  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgeting, territory plans, and revenue reports.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to refine strategy.

5. Distributor / Channel Partner Management

  • Appoint, onboard, and manage international distributors, resellers, or agents.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews, training sessions, and joint marketing initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical standards.

6. Trade Shows & Client Visits

  • Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs, buyer-seller meets, or B2B networking events.

  • Travel to client locations for business development, relationship management, or after-sales support as needed.

  • Deliver compelling presentations to C-level decision-makers and procurement teams.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal departments including production, logistics, compliance, and marketing to ensure smooth order execution and client satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with the documentation team for handling export documentation, shipping instructions, and regulatory requirements.
