Zapbuild Technologies is hiring for International Sales Process in Night Shift !
Required Skills and Qualification:
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Understanding in US accent and slangs
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Able to make sales and achieve targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Fluency while writing and handling complex clients.
Location: Mohali, Punjab
Experience: Fresher to 2 Year
Skills: Excellent English speaking skills
Free pick and drop cab facility
Fixed 5 Days Working (Monday to Friday)
Its a Work from Office and Night shift
Incentives upto 1 Lacs on achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
-
Reach out to prospects via cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, or CRM tools in international markets (US, UK, Europe, Australia, etc.).

Identify decision-makers and understand their business needs or pain points.

Research and qualify potential clients through online tools and databases.
2. Product/Service Pitching
-
Present and explain the company's products or services in a compelling and customized manner.

Handle objections professionally and convert inquiries into opportunities.

Demonstrate an understanding of client challenges and offer appropriate solutions.
3. Sales Conversion & Follow-up
-
Convert qualified leads into sales through consistent follow-up and relationship management.

Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs (calls, demos, closures, revenue, etc.).
4. Client Communication & Coordination
-
Maintain regular communication with clients via phone, Zoom, email, or chat.

Schedule and coordinate product demos, meetings, or trial sessions with senior team members if needed.
-
Update client feedback and maintain CRM records accurately.
5. Reporting & Documentation
-
Record all interactions, lead stages, and sales updates in the CRM system.

Share daily/weekly progress reports with the manager or team lead.

Coordinate internally with operations, onboarding, or delivery teams post-closure.
