Position: International Sales Representative
Job Type: Full Time
Shift Type: Day Shift
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential business Partner across international markets in need of ISO certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.).
Engage in proactive prospecting, including LinkedIn Lead generation, email outreach, google search
Present and sell ISO certification services by understanding the unique needs of business Partners / clients and offering customized solutions.
Communication with business Partners over call/email/messages
Negotiate and close deals with business Partners to meet or exceed sales targets.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and post-sale support.
Understand clients' business operations to ensure the correct ISO standards are recommended.
Provide support during the certification process, from initial inquiry to successful certification.
