Job Description
We are seeking highly skilled and motivated International Sales Representative to join our USA process team. As an International Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling products and services to customers in the USA, providing exceptional customer experience, and meeting sales targets.
*Responsibilities:*
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails
- Sell products and services to customers in the USA
- Provide exceptional customer experience and resolve customer complaints
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
*Requirements:*
- 0-2 years of sales experience (preferably in a BPO or international sales environment)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
- Ability to work in a night shift (US time zone) – (9 PM – 5 AM IST)
