Job Description
This is a full-time remote role for an International Team Lead at Apexwebsoft. The International Team Lead will oversee and manage the team's daily activities, ensure project deadlines are met, and maintain high project standards. The role includes coordinating with different departments, developing strategies to improve team performance, and ensuring effective communication within the team and with clients. Additionally, the International Team Lead will be responsible for problem-solving and providing support to team members, ensuring client satisfaction and efficient workflow.
Key responsibilities:
1. Engage potential clients across regions (US, UK, Canada, Europe, Australia, etc.) and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
2. Deliver persuasive sales pitches and presentations tailored to client needs in SEO, SMO, and Web development services.
3. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
4. Work closely with digital marketing and design teams to ensure the seamless execution of client projects.
5. Strong understanding of SEO, SMO, PPC, website design/development and their value to global business.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
