Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, results-driven International Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls for clients based in international markets such as the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and others. The role involves making cold or warm calls to potential customers, answering queries, offering solutions, and building strong relationships to convert leads into customers or provide excellent post-sales support.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, an understanding of international call etiquette, and the ability to work night shifts or in time zones matching client regions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling & Lead Generation:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients or leads across international regions.

Introduce the company’s products or services, explain features, and handle objections effectively.

Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-up calls or demos with sales representatives.

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and conversion goals.
2. Inbound Support & Query Resolution:

Handle incoming calls from international customers regarding product inquiries, complaints, or support requests.

Provide appropriate solutions or direct calls to the relevant department for resolution.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during customer interactions.
3. Communication & Customer Engagement:

Communicate clearly and confidently in English with global clients.

Build rapport with customers by understanding their needs and maintaining a polite and engaging tone.

Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, feedback, and outcomes in CRM tools or call management systems.
4. CRM & Reporting:

Update customer databases and input call outcomes in real-time using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).

Prepare daily call reports and performance summaries for management review.

Share customer insights and objections with the sales or product team to refine outreach strategies.
5. Process Compliance & Quality Assurance:

Follow company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) during each call.

Ensure compliance with international telecalling norms such as GDPR (Europe) or TCPA (USA).

Participate in call quality audits and training sessions to improve performance.
