Role: International Telesales Executive
Job Summary
An International Telesales Executive is responsible for reaching out to potential customers across global markets to promote and sell the company's products or services over the phone. The role involves identifying leads, initiating contact, delivering tailored sales pitches, handling objections, closing deals, and maintaining positive relationships with international clients. This position requires excellent communication skills, a good understanding of cultural differences, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
The International Telesales Executive plays a key role in expanding the company’s presence in overseas markets and directly contributes to revenue generation. Success in this role is based on the ability to build rapport quickly, understand customer needs, and drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting

Identify and qualify leads from various sources such as international databases, online research, inbound inquiries, exhibitions, referrals, or cold calling.

Segment leads by region, industry, or product requirement to tailor sales strategies.

Maintain an organized lead tracking system using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
2. Outbound Sales Calling

Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to potential customers in international markets (e.g., USA, UK, UAE, Australia, Europe, etc.).

Reach out via phone, email, and messaging platforms like WhatsApp, Skype, or Zoom.

Introduce the company and product/service offerings with a focus on the benefits tailored to the customer's region or industry.
3. Sales Pitching and Product Explanation

Deliver persuasive and clear sales pitches customized to the customer’s needs and preferences.

Demonstrate strong product knowledge and address any questions or concerns the customer might have.

Communicate clearly about pricing, features, delivery timelines, and after-sales support.
4. Objection Handling and Negotiation

Handle objections with confidence and professionalism.

Offer solutions to potential barriers such as pricing, service concerns, or competition.

Negotiate pricing and contract terms within company guidelines to close the sale.
5. Closing Sales and Conversion

Guide leads through the sales funnel to final purchase.

Send quotations, proforma invoices, or contracts and follow up until the sale is confirmed.

Work closely with internal departments (logistics, finance, or operations) to fulfill orders smoothly.
6. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international clients.

Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and promote upselling or repeat purchases.

Handle client escalations or queries professionally to retain customer trust.
7. Reporting and CRM Updating

Accurately update CRM software with lead status, notes, and outcomes.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, call volume, and targets achieved.
8. Market and Competitor Intelligence
