Job Description
We are hiring freshers for the role of International Travel Sales Executive – USA Market.
This is a full-time, work-from-office role for candidates with good spoken English, confidence on calls, and interest in building a career in international sales and the travel industry.
Selected candidates will receive in-house training on travel products, customer communication, sales handling, CRM usage and live USA market calling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and leads for the USA travel market.- Speak with customers in English and understand their travel requirements.- Assist customers with travel-related services such as flights, car rentals and holiday queries.- Share suitable options, follow up with customers, and convert leads into bookings.- Maintain customer details, follow-ups and updates in the CRM/system.- Coordinate with internal teams for booking support and customer service.- Maintain professional communication, call discipline and customer-first approach.
Candidate Requirements:
- Freshers can apply.- Good spoken English is mandatory.- Must be confident, polite and comfortable speaking with customers.- Must be willing to work in USA shift / night shift.- Must be comfortable with sales, calling and target-based work.- Basic computer knowledge is required.- Prior experience in sales, BPO, hospitality, aviation or travel is a plus, but not mandatory.
Salary & Benefits:
- Fixed salary: ₹21,000 – ₹25,000 per month.- Performance-linked incentives.- In-house training on international travel sales.- Exposure to the USA travel market.- 5 working days.- One-side cab facility as per company policy.- Tea/coffee available at office.- Travel industry learning and career growth opportunity.
