- Shift Timing - 9:30 PM - 6:30 AM
- Salary - 15K - 20K It depends on the interview process

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction:

Answer inbound calls or make outbound calls to international customers, providing solutions or product information.

Understand customer queries, complaints, or requests and respond with appropriate information or actions.

Follow company scripts, guidelines, and training protocols during interactions.
2. Problem Solving and Resolution:
-
Diagnose customer issues quickly and accurately, particularly in technical support or service-related processes.

Provide step-by-step guidance or resolution for troubleshooting basic technical or service concerns.

Escalate complex issues to supervisors or second-level support teams as needed.
3. Sales and Lead Generation (if applicable):

Make outbound sales calls to potential customers to promote products or services (e.g., telecom, insurance, software).

Use persuasive communication techniques to meet or exceed sales targets.

Upsell or cross-sell services based on customer needs.
4. Process Adherence:

Comply with international customer service standards, scripts, compliance requirements, and company policies.

Follow data privacy, security, and documentation standards while handling sensitive customer information.

Adhere to shift schedules, break timings, and performance metrics.
5. Data Entry and CRM Management:

Accurately record call details, feedback, and customer interactions in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools.

Maintain updated and organized customer records.
6. Performance and Feedback:

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as:

Call Quality Scores

First Call Resolution (FCR)

Average Handling Time (AHT)

Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)

Conversion Rate (for sales process)

Actively participate in performance reviews, coaching sessions, and training programs.
