Job Description- Responsible for UK client, handling queries, appropriate assistance via voice and chat
Undergraduate fresher with good skills and fluency in English.
.Patience when handling tough cases.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way.
Own and resolve customer issues efficiently, effectively and empathetically.
Should be flexible with rotational shifts.
5 days of working 2 Days Off.
Both Way cabs provided / Travelling allowance
