Position Overview
An International Voice Process Executive is a customer service or support professional who interacts with customers, clients, or partners based in foreign countries via telephone, chat, or video calls. This role primarily involves handling inbound and outbound voice communications, addressing queries, resolving issues, providing product or service information, and ensuring a superior customer experience aligned with international standards.

Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Support and Service

Handle incoming calls from international customers professionally and courteously.

Prepare detailed reports of daily activities, call outcomes, and customer feedback.

Communicate effectively with internal teams to relay customer concerns or requests.
4. Compliance and Quality Assurance

Adhere strictly to company policies, international compliance standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Follow data privacy and confidentiality protocols at all times.
