Job Description
Job Title: International Voice Process Executive
Location: Uppal
Job Type: Full-time / Rotational Shifts
Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our International Voice Process team. As a voice process executive, you will be responsible for handling customer queries and providing resolutions over calls for international clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls for international customers.
-
Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently.
-
Provide accurate information and maintain customer satisfaction.
-
Maintain call quality and follow call center protocols.
-
Work in night shifts and rotational shifts as required.
Requirements:
-
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
-
Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass) or Graduation.
-
Prior BPO or customer service experience preferred.
-
Willingness to work in night/rotational shifts.
